There is a lot of privacy and sanctuary. The duplex is a 5 minute walk to Echo Park Lake! This recreational area is a thriving, vibrant ecosystem, and has been restored and improved recently, with outdoor workout equipment. It is currently as beautiful, clean and beloved as it has ever been. Target is a short 5 minute walk a few blocks to the south. You can see the Hollywood sign when walking half a block to the west. The shops and restaurants on Sunset in both Echo Park and Silverlake are easily accessible on foot. The trees on this property are beloved. They lend fresh air, shade, privacy and beauty to the property. Having a $25,000 solar system on the roof means that if the neighborhood loses power, the owner's unit still has it for at least 36 hours. The local power has never been out for long enough for my TESLA battery/solar home system to be depleted. The tenant takes the trash, recycling and yard waste bins in and out.
